Welcome to Ikisaki. By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Ikisaki enables users to plan trips efficiently. You may use the App anonymously, in which case your activity will be tied to your device ID, or you may create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. Users can share and collaborate on trips with others, but public posting or general social interaction is not available in the App.
2. Eligibility
There is no age restriction for using the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. Ikisaki reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activity.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. All payments are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Refunds are handled according to the respective platform's refund policies. Apple makes the final decision on App Store refund requests.
By using the App and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing information about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple through RevenueCat, our subscription-management service provider, to help resolve App Store refund requests. This information may include details of how you accessed and interacted with the purchased content. We share it only as necessary to help Apple assess the request; Apple makes the final refund decision. For further details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Monitoring and Analytics
We use PostHog for product analytics, session replay, feature-usage analytics, and error monitoring to improve the App. For details on what data is collected and how it is used, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos in the App are owned by Ikisaki or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind. Ikisaki shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising in connection with the App or these Terms shall be resolved under Croatian law.
9. Changes to Terms
Ikisaki may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
